1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ascend Bro Hikes online store and purchases from Ascend Brotherhood Hikes LLC ("Ascend Bro Hikes," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your location. You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through your account and for safeguarding account credentials. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

3. Products and availability

Product colors and appearance can vary by screen, material, production method, and provider. We try to describe products accurately but do not promise that every image or description will be error-free. Products, variants, providers, prices, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue a product.

4. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, hold, or cancel an order for reasons including unavailable inventory, inaccurate information, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, delivery restrictions, or legal requirements. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

5. Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Shipping, tax, duties, and other charges are shown before purchase when Shopify can calculate them. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the amounts displayed when you submit the order. Customers remain responsible for taxes or import charges that cannot be collected at checkout.

6. Fulfillment and shipping

Orders may be produced and shipped by third-party print-on-demand providers. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. Our Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Returns, defects, and cancellations

Products are generally made to order. Return, replacement, refund, and cancellation eligibility is governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the store, interfere with its security or operation, scrape it at unreasonable volume, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, or use the store in violation of law or another person's rights.

9. Intellectual property

The Ascend Bro Hikes name, logos, original artwork, text, photographs, designs, and store content are owned by or licensed to Ascend Brotherhood Hikes LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Store access does not grant a license to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from that content except as expressly permitted in writing.

10. Third-party services

The store relies on services including Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment providers, carriers, analytics, and marketing platforms. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for their content or practices.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the store Privacy Policy. Do not submit information that you are not authorized to provide.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that every product will remain available. Outdoor activities involve inherent risks; store content is general information and is not medical, safety, or professional advice.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascend Brotherhood Hikes LLC and its owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the store or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Ascend Brotherhood Hikes LLC harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the store, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, contact us so the parties can attempt a good-faith resolution.
